Joining our team, you’ll deliver a first-class liaison and administrative support in a busy environment to the project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner whilst delivering an excellent level of client liaison to ensure high levels of customer and client satisfaction. You’ll work to deliver the agreed targets within your service area, with the support from our Customer Performance Manager and will be required to attend meetings or provide service outside the usual working hours as agreed and if required, liaising with other departments also.
